The association’s first joint exhibition Our Pictures – National Art from the Collections of Finnish Foundations and Corporations opened at the Amos Anderson Art Museum on 16 November 2007.
The exhibition is part of a nationwide anniversary programme celebrating 90 years of Finnish independence. Works featured in the exhibition illustrate how a Finnish identity was constructed through fine arts at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
