Nordea Art Foundation Finland

Nordea Art Foundation Finland fr is a non-profit foundation that aims to promote Finnish art and art history research. The foundation maintains and develops its own art collection, organises exhibitions, loans works from its collections to exhibitions and grants scholarships to artists and researchers of art history. Nordea Art Foundation Finland also manages Nordea’s portrait collection, which consists of 74 works of art.

Nordea Art Foundation Finland’s collection comprises 1,038 works, including many nationally renowned works and historical rarities. The works were selected from the collections of Nordea Bank’s Finnish predecessors, and they cover almost two centuries of Finnish art. Approximately half of the works in the collection are exhibited at Nordea offices throughout Finland.

Works in the collection can be viewed on pre-booked guided tours of Nordea’s Old Banking Hall at Aleksanterinkatu 36B, Helsinki.

A member since 2007.
